Rivers Joins Elite Women’s Euro Basketball League

On July 30th, 2024, North American University held a significant press conference announcing that Keiarra Rivers, known as “K Dot,” will join the Women’s Euro Basketball League this fall.
The event featured University President Dr. F. Taban, Athletic Director Kenneth Apande, and Coach N. Davis, with media coverage from Antler Sports Network and The On Clutch Broadcast Network. Faculty, staff, family, and friends were present to support Keiarra as she prepares for her international career.
A Stellar Career at NAU
Keiarra’s journey at NAU has been outstanding. As an All-Conference Player and two-time Player of the Week, she has excelled in every major stat category. Her impressive performance at the Euro League Prospect Camp ranked her 20th out of 100 prospects.
The Euro League Prospect Camp
The Adidas Eurocamp, held in Cleveland, Ohio, is a premier pre-draft scouting event. Keiarra stood out by scoring 17 points and earning a performance efficiency rating of 13 in one game. Keiarra attributes her grounding to her faith. When asked by NAU’s Director of Admissions, Mr. Donald Gary, she emphasized that her faith provides her with purpose and support, guiding her with integrity and hard work.
Signing with The Epic Sports Agency
On June 17th, Keiarra signed with Quantell Donigan of The Epic Sports Agency, who is committed to finding her a team that values her talent and dedication.
A Community’s Pride
North American University is immensely proud of Keiarra Rivers. Her achievements bring honor to NAU Athletics, NAIA, Red River Athletics, and the Greater Houston Community. Her hometown of Austin, Texas, shares in this pride, and we will continue to support her in her journey.
