NAU Distance Education Help Desk provides support to students, faculty, and staff on general computing issues, devices, passwords, software, online course system, student services and trainings. Our Help Desk provides support via phone, email, web, help ticket, and in person at two walk-in offices on campus.
Students must use the email account assigned by North American University (@na.edu) in order to submit a help request. Emails from other aliases may require student ID verification. We do not reset passwords via email. If you need assistance with password resets, please call IT office at 832.230.5541, or submit a help ticket below.
