Submitting your Support ticket is easy
You will receive a link via email after you log in with your email. This link will grant you access to the portal of NAU’s help desk. The provided link will only be valid for a short period so please log in quickly after receiving it. After you describe your issue, you will have categories of departments to select from. The available departments from the dropdown are Admissions, Bursar’s Office, Financial Aid, International Student Office, IT Support, Housing, Records, Registrar, Jenzabar (myPortal), and UMCR (Marketing)
After submitting your ticket, keep tabs on your ticket’s status by visiting the Spiceworks portal. Communicate with the support team directly through the platform if you have further questions.
